Deezy's Thoughts

  I must confess not only do I have a hard time making up my mind but as the love of my life pointed out to me, I am a nerd at heart. Not that it’s a bad thing but something I think most people spend their whole lives trying to avoid the label. I did too for the longest time being convinced all of my friends were nerds but i was merely a part of the group, and now in retrospect I see the truth. I have an insatiable love for technology, especially phones or anything that keeps me entertained without holding me back with wires and requires some type of voltage to function. Often I find myself spending countless hours debating with friends of childhood topics that I still hold close, ranging from Batman to Milo and Otis.I’ve come to terms with this fact and am pretty happy to accept it. It’s funny how when we are younger, the “nerds” are the ones everyone avoids and finds repulsive but yet when we get older the “nerds” are the people you find irresistible and surround yourself with. I love my little nerd and hope everyone is blessed with one at least half as amazing as mine.
